Always show current book name in Acccounts activity

Show the current book title as a subtitle to the Accounts title. (Book name would only be shown in main Accounts screen) Currently, the book name is only shown when the hamburger menu is open.

This could be beneficial for people with multiple books to easily know where they are.

I found the change PR #816 . Might be better to create a separate pull request for this. Also, if possible, style the subtitle smaller so that the main title does not feel pushed up too much.

How about the other activities in the app. Might be good to think a bit about how the book name could be integrated into them as well.
