You only need to install the Gulp-CLI separately with the latest version. Everything else gets installed with npm install. Please update the documentation to reflect this.

The documentation needs to be updated to reflect the fact that the only thing that needs to be installed separately is the Gulp-CLI. Everything else is in the .json files and gets installed automatically with npm install.
