Errors building Dooked

Wanted to take Dooked for a spin today and see where it might fall in my automation but got afew error while building it.

Crithit came with a prebuilt executable and it run fine on most linux machines, could use one right now. Running afew things in background, hope i didn't run out of something and fail the build.

Please add this line to the CMakeLists.txt file

link_libraries(stdc++fs)

That should get it working.
