Update lib versions

Updated the template so that it can run with expo >46.

Here's the list of updates:

  1. Added .env file for inputting superbase API Key and URL.
  2. Updated package versions (expo, superbase, react navigation and rapi UI).
  3. Fix types for react navigation.
  4. Update code for the latest version of superbase authentication
  5. Update code for the latest version of rapi UI
