Make the cordova branch framework agnostic

The cordova branch is very interesting, too, however I would not recommend to use a garbage framework, instead make it framework agnostic or use the existing alternatives that are already well integrated with vuejs, like e.g. quasar or weex.

Thanks for the tip. Quasar is already building a feathersjs wrapper that I think will be really good and I would recommend that. I'm not sure that I'm ready to build a weex branch yet.

I'm not planning on putting to much more work into this branch, other than perhaps some small bug fixes. It's a good starter for framework 7, but I'm looking forward to the feathersjs wrapper for quasar.
