Not able to add courses to wish list

While trying to add course to wish list, it is not happening. It is redirecting website to same URL appending # at end

Ex: https://online.codingblocks.com/courses/dynamic-programming-courses-problems-tutorials is being redirected to https://online.codingblocks.com/courses/dynamic-programming-courses-problems-tutorials#
