compare batches page (lite,premium.live) does not scroll down and thus its content are not visible at the bottom

Describe the bug when u click on compare batches to compare between lite and premium batches , page loads up but it cannot be scrolled down and thus its content are not visible at the bottom

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'buy courses and click on explore for any course'
2. Click on 'compare batches under choose batch column'
3. See error

Expected behavior the compare page must scroll down in order to view its lower content

I was going through the master branch and after running the server and app, I noticed that the 'Compare Batches' option is not present. I checked the code and searched for something vaguely similar to it but didn't find anything. Kindly guide me so that I can move forward with fixing this bug. I have also attached the screenshot of the aforementioned page with missing feature.
