Sandbox is not refreshing the html as expected

When try to change the html, there is a strange flicking, but the change i made in the html file is not reflecting on the right side for some reason, This thing used to work for sure, so i guess something changed?

Can you please try to understand what is wrong, because it's critical basic flow of codesandbox.
