Ignore List For File Explorer

Hi, I recently installed PureScript and Spago and ran a few commands which populated a .spago directory with so many files that the file explorer told me that it stops syncing because too many files. It would be cool to be able to define some paths to ignore for the explorer before running such a command, similar to .gitignore. So I could ignore .spago in the first place and the file explorer wouldn't get overwhelmed.
