Publish Anonymous CSB

When I just want to publish a small CSB e.g. for a bug report, I usually open a private window to create the CSB without logging in. It haven't found a method to do so while being logged in, i.e. I want the CSB to be public but not in any of my folders, as I don't plan to interact with it anymore.
