Update SYCL ecosystem graphics

By looking at CppCon 2021 branch I think the ever growing SYCL ecosystem graphics should be updated on slide 9 from https://github.com/hdelan/syclacademy/blob/cppcon2021/Lesson_Materials/Lecture_01_What_is_SYCL/index.html

That's a good point, we should update this to be more recent, I think the most recent diagram is https://github.com/illuhad/hipSYCL/blob/develop/doc/img/sycl-targets.png @illuhad is that right?

@AerialMantis I think so - let me know if we need to make any changes. I can update this diagram very quickly.

Thanks @illuhad I was hoping to get to some of these issues later this week, I think the diagram is mostly up to date, though we could maybe add the HIP backend for DPC++ with experimental support for AMD GPUs and the Huawei Bisheng SYCL implementation.
