External Path Issue

When i move files from internal path everything works fine but same path from external storage file output stream gives error permission denied or file not found.

@yasir-raza just to be sure: did you read the README and checked for the permissions READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE?

This looks like a duplicate from #103 for me.
