Bug Report - Some target banches are out-of-date

Describe the bug

I've recently noticed that some of our branches on the Codecov website do not show any updates in the last four months.

We use GitHub merge queue on these branches, as well as on the master branch, which doesn't seem to be affected and is up-to-date.

All of our PRs upload codecov reports (using the codecov action v5), and can be found on the website. But not in the target branch view.

@GuyAv46 are you using merge queues? For the coverage workflow, could you try doing a checkout with fetch-depth: 2?

We use fetch-depth: 0 (here)

@GuyAv46, we made some updates on our webhook handler that might have caused some of these issues. Are you seeing this still?

Head of non-default branches seems to be up to date now, but for some of them, there is "No status" on the head commit, and one also says there is no report from the head commit, although it is available to download. I guess that's another issue, I can update when the next commit is pushed to these branches, whether it is resolved or not
