Add url field

At this moment the current format does not allow a rule to return a link to the documentation about it. Basically we need an optional url or type string.

As opposed to codeclimate format, SARIF format already supports a field like this.

On ansible-lint we will be adding that url format, even if is not specified by current codeclimate format.
