XDebug Patch Version Update

On the PHP 8 & Apline 12 Repository, the current bundled xdebug version is 3.0.1, it would be great to receive the latest version to benefit from all bug fixes.

I understand that it is likely not realistic for you, @hernandev, to up these versions all the time. Is there anything that can be done to ease this process?

Additional packages (pecl and custom) are currently not up to date with latest minor releases, I'll bump those within the week as I while provide support for PHP 8.1 and newer Alpine versions.
