Describe the bug Loading skeleton is shown while seeing tracks even if tracks are empty or after any filter/sort action.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go https://projects.100xdevs.com/ and click on Cohort 2.
2. Or just apply any sort/filter action and scroll down.

Expected behavior In case filtered content is empty then and loading has been complete no loading skeleton should be shown.
