BlogAppbar and TrackTools bar UI fixes

PR Fixes:

  • Changed bg-color for BlogAppbar and TrackTools bar for both dark and light mode
  • Changed border color of theme toggle button for better visibility
  • Added goto home screen button for smaller screens
