bug: tnc and privacy-policy pages are not there

Describe the bug Terms and conditions , privacy - policy pages are not introduced in the code.

To Reproduce

1. Go to footer and click on terms and conditions or privacy-policy you will get page not found error.
2. /tnc or /privacy-policy routes were broken because no pages were there.

Expected behavior

1. One should see tnc and privacy policy of the website when cliked on the button.
