feature: Add PWA functionality

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is a convenience feature, wherein users can "install" the web app to act as a native app on their handheld devices. I have daily code open on my tablet most of the time, and thought that this would be a welcome feature to have.

Describe the solution you'd like Create PWA functionality, wherein users can "Install App" via Android and "Save to Home Screen" on iOS.
