PR Description

Fixed README.md by adding formatted bcrypt error instructions in "Instant Docker Setup" and "Traditional Docker Setup" sections.

Changes Made:

  • Added [!TIP] and [!NOTE] for bcrypt error fix.
  • Removed inline note, used proper markdown blocks.
