bug: week 11 issue

Describe the bug In the week 11, video 11.3 is uploaded two times, first one shows no content here.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go to week 11
2. See error

Expected behavior there should not be a duplicate video even if there's no content in it
