How to disable HD / QHD nodelets for resource optimization

I tried commenting out the HD / QHD nodelets in the launch file but they are still showing as topics.

From #317 I gather that the HD / QHD nodelets are not using processing power if there are no subscribers?

I am doing this in an attempt to keep resource utilization low, and I can get by with the SD. Any advice appreciated.
