Failed to register new account

Can't create new cocos creator account, the error message is showed bellow image.

@minggo same here can't register , and even can't get any renew password in the email on old account . Please fix ASP as i guess many new users what to join but can't register . In the example below , the account do not exist

@whiletrue111 I am sorry about that. The mechanism is implemented by another team, so I can not fix it myself. I was told that the gmail may be blocked by the cloud service, and they have created an issue to the service provider. I will check the progress again.

What type of email did you use to work? Is it gmail?

It was my gmail account which uses a custom domain. I added a +cocos to my email, like [email protected], and that's what seemed to make it work. Google Plus Addressing

i get the same error meassage. i use gmail.

Edit: idk what i did, but i added "!" and a capital to my password and got it to work ????

The issue still persists. I tried all the tricks that worked for others but failed to register. Any update on the resolution of the issue?

Edit: I got it through after I used a outlook mail ID to register.

For those who still encounter the issue, try using email other than gmail, and password use at least one capital and a special character, it worked for me.

I still used Gmail, but I did the password edit.
