A neural network will never be able to fit all of the data you parse into it.

You need to filter corner cases (i.e. not a person) and prepare the image (i.e. cut the image to include only the face) to have better accuracy :)

The Age prediction is also not upto the mark. For a full grown man with a beard it showing the age window of 0-2 with 84% confidence. And the error rate is also too high. I have tried about 10 images only 2-3 were showing some satisfactory results.
