UTSG calendar scraper

The UTSG Calendar needs a scraper. It falls under the course schema that you can find in Cobalt's course API. For example on how to implement this scraper(until we have guides), check out the completed Coursefinder scraper as a guideline.

@g3wanghc those would fall under Timetable scraper (we have the UTSG verison of timetable scrapers already)

For Calendar, it would be the latest calendar: http://calendar.artsci.utoronto.ca/
