Access to the CNCF service desk is controlled and audited against leadership roles listed in this readme. Michael Lieberman has been leading the secure supply chain working group. By request of @amye, adding @mlieberman85 to grant him access to service desk.

This PR is slightly dated. As we are planning the next deliverables for the working group, we can discuss who the Lead and STAG reps should be for the next efforts! I think @mlieberman85 and @mnm678 would be great people to list here for STAG Rep/lead as well as other members of the community who may be interested: @ericsmalling @nadgowdas @sudo-bmitch @pxp928 @JonZeolla
