TAG Leadership is currently organizing a health review of TAG projects (WGs, publications, events, etc).

A survey of TAG leads is currently underway, then a survey of the community at large will follow. Next steps will be customized for each WG based on the survey findings.

All survey results have been metabolized. @mnm678 and I will be collaborating to work with each WG's Project Lead to reinforce strengths and create action plans on any improvement opportunities.

This has been completed, the README has been updated, and any opportunities for improvement have been handed off to the relevant STAG Reps.
