Thanks @mnm678. The Links check is failing due to a single domain giving 503. In a previously abandoned PR I noticed the issue seemed transient. I opened the 7 bleepingcomputer <dot> com links manually and they all worked for me. None of those links are involved in this PR. I fixed the Monero link which was truly broken. If no other comments, I suggest bypassing the failed check and merging.
