How do I use SQL Notebook connecting to TiDB with secure connection?

The error appeared as below: Failed to connect to "MySQL - TiDB": Connections using insecure transport are prohibited. See https://docs.pingcap.com/tidbcloud/secure-connections-to-serverless-tier-clusters
