Support `kubectl --cluster <cluster> logs <pod>`

What would you like to be added?

It is useful to support the use of kubectl to view pod logs directly in the master cluster.

Clusterpedia APIServer needs to be compatible with the log API to reverse proxy requests to the corresponding cluster.
