[BUG] Python 3.9 in image "andreper/jupyterlab:3.0.0-spark-2.4.4"

Hey! Thank you very much for the project, it helps us a lot.

However, it looks like during the last update (about 15 hours ago) there was the problems in updating the images. Now in the image with spark 2.4.4 Python 3.9 is installed, instead of 3.7. For this reason, errors occur when the container starts.

Is it possible to fix this problem and roll back the python version in the image back to 3.7?
