Port to tensorflow.js

Hi, it looks like a good candidate to port to tensorflow.js for browser based solution like: https://github.com/justadudewhohacks/face-api.js

@MariasStory Thank you for introducing the nice git page! In this stage, we do not have the plan to port the solution to the other library, but it seems that we should contact that page asap after porting the model.

Hi @yjyoo3312 thanks for the good explanation. Actually, you are right. I meant to suggest for you to port the trained model and maybe help in implementing it to the project.
