Add "upload current folder information" command

I added a command that saves all files in the current folder.

Since the code of the two methods is essentially the same in both methods, I put the common part into a separate function.

I can't say I know much about TypeScript, so thanks in advance for any feedback.

Hi, thanks for the cool PRs! Did you try these on your own environment? I'm asking to know if I should expect to do a bit of bugfixing and tinkering when testing them 🙂

Yes, of course. I checked on my vault. There were no problems. In fact, I already use this version :-).

Today I noticed a strange error on one of the folders. Unfortunately a few minutes after that I had to leave on business. Early next week I'll see what was wrong and maybe add some commits :-).

Couldn't repeat the error from last Friday. Apparently something was wrong with the base at that moment.
