Package binary list for release 1.8.29 references miniconda still

Release 1.8.29 switched out miniconda for miniforge. The release page for 1.8.29 shows miniconda3-py39. Should it be updated to show miniforge3-py312?

Good morning @cf-buildpacks-eng @arjun024 @sophiewigmore . I was curious if someone might be able to take a look at this. We are working with our internal team to get the latest buildpack that has Miniforge, but noticed the release still mentions Miniconda.
