Describe the Bug

Observed behavior

When trying to create a lora finetune ising wrangler, it crashes when uploading the files with this error message :

✘ [ERROR] 🚨 Couldn't upload file: ReferenceError: Blob is not defined, quiting...

Expected behavior

It should upload the files without crashing ?

Steps to reproduce

npx wrangler ai finetune create @cf/mistral/mistral-7b-instruct-v0.2-lora <ft-name> <ft-folder>
