Enable Bypass of OAuth with API TOKEN in MCP Server

I would like to propose a feature enhancement for the MCP server to support bypassing OAuth authentication using Cloudflare's API TOKEN. This functionality would improve the integration process with Cloudflare's services by offering a more streamlined authentication method.

I apologize if this feature already exists within the MCP server. After reviewing the current documentation and feature list, I couldn't find specifics regarding API TOKEN support. If this functionality is already available, please direct me to the related resources.
