Remove hive as a dependency : property hive_service does not exist

@WillDyson @hcoyote would this only be changed in CDH7, and possibly still be required for older versions?

May be needed for CDS2.x. I don't think we supported CDS3.x on CDH6, so probably won't matter if this is only focused on Spark 3.
