Version 1.14.1

We were able to install the latest plugin in our version, however, we continue to get error when setting the archive location.

I have all permissions setup as needed... it still doesn't seem to be able to write to the Archive folder

gives error

Check the permissions of the path /home/admin/web/Archive, admin can't write to it. The signal is not being sent from class.tickets.php, check README.

Any suggestions?

How did you manage to install this plugin in v1.14? I copied class.ArchiverPlugin.php, config.php and plugin.php to ./include/plugins/archiver . But after installing the plugin in the Plug-Ins menu in the web-ui the website is no longer available -> "HTTP Error 500". After renaming the folder to eg ./include/plugins/archiver1 the website is reachable again, the archiver-plugin is displayed as "Archiver (defunct — missing)"

Please help!

Best regards, Lukas

Same problem as @stanna-it here, as soon as plugin is installed HTTP Error 500. After renaming folder OSticket will work again. What are we missing here? We're on version 1.17
