isn't this same issue as https://github.com/probil/v-mask/issues/423 and https://github.com/probil/v-mask/issues/59 ? both discuss how cursor position jumps to the end. Similar issue on another mask plugin as well: https://github.com/vuejs-tips/vue-the-mask/issues/56
