Unclear how to change server

I haven't been able to locate a way in the UI to change the Clementine server I'm connected to. Ideally, I'd like to maintain connections to multiple servers but it would suffice to disconnect and connect to another.

Right now, unless there's an option I'm missing, my remote is bound to one laptop I was using for testing and there is no way to input another IP to connect to a different source. Oops.

Am I missing the option, or is it a missing option?

And literally as I went back to my phone after posting this, it was prompting me for an IP address again. Wha?

Please explain the logic of this to me, because I don't grok how this works.
