Simple patch to add a few additional dns providers :

dns.watch verisign opennic uncensoreddns ultrarecursivedns alternatedns

@cleanbrowsing, could you please first merge my #68 and #69 so it should be easier to resolve conflicts or start over with a new PR - I'm willing to make a new PR on base of this one.
