A program which automatically takes in videos and spits out a new video made up of shortened clips from the old videos.
I do not speak fluent french. The current README.fr.md probably has a lot of errors and grammatical stupidity. Any double checking would be appreciated.

Allow for the videos to be created in several different formats such as .mov, .mp4, .wmv, .avi, etc.
