Pg cron fails to create schema for extension to properly work on the db

Greetings this video provides insight into the current situation I am facing with pg_cron for some reason it does not want to create the schema and tools needed to sucessfully use the extension

hello, looks like it does not complete the installation of pg_cron but starts running the next docker exec command. Below ss shows that installation waits at "removing obsolete dictionary files" line. Thats why it can not find "cron" schema.

What should be done about this this is from the apt-get -y install postgresql-16-cron command
