Add option to save user plugins when exporting a profile

The checkbox (if possible) and the import button when selected would have the shield icon if admin privileges are required to write into the folder. This would require either another exe (could support importing cookies too), or another startup flags.

Plugins that already exist will be deleted first, plugins that are installed and weren't in the imported profile will be untouched.
