update buildHasErrors with interaction test failure specific messaging

This PR includes

• Updating the test storybook to 6.5.12 and adding an interaction test
• Requesting an additional field on Build for the verify step which helps to show more accurate interaction test failure messaging in buildHasErrors

AP-2345 CLI shows Play Function Errors as Build Errors

Currently the CLI prints out errors with the play function as a build error. Is this what we want or do we want better messaging?
