Long term play by play solution

Currently, the play by play is retrieved from stats.nba.com. Recently, they updated their system to try to prevent non-browser access to the site. I made a quick hack to get around it, but I assume it will break again soon. I think we should move over to basketball-reference for play-by-play data.

haven't looked into whether the data is still available but planning on getting to it tomorrow. Lmk if you have any updates since 2017 lol

I gave up on stats.nba.com because they kept messing with their API. I've since been scraping from basketballreference. I'm happy to share that with you, but its pretty hacky right now.
