Hi @YingchenWang007, sorry about the delayed response here. Did you get this figured out? I have not seen a case where `volta list` finds a local copy of a tool...

How odd! Can you share the results of running with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1`, as the error output indicates? That will help us see why it's going wrong that way.
