Windows 7 doesn't have tls1.2 support. Chocolatey's website removed support for tls1.2.

I went to https://chocolatey.org/install and tried using the default instructions, which failed.

I reported this via discord and was told that it might be a reasonable change to make.

The install page mentions 'Windows7+', ie. not Windows 7 but the versions after it. I agree it could more explicitly state that it doesn't support Windows 7 but it may run on Windows 7.
