Maintainers not shown in package details

In the package details dialog the "Maintainers" always seem to be empty:

unbenannt

Weird. Looks like we're not getting maintainers back from the API.

Just been looking at this...

Looks like this call:

Is what is not populating the Owners/Maintainers property. This is going down into Chocolatey.Lib. Need to debug further.

I think I made an issue on the Chococlatey side of the fence back when I commented.
