Add more tests

Right now code coverage is very low. Need to add more tests to fix it.

Also change existing tests to use namespaces. Namespace support in tests was added in #50.

I will start writing unit tests when the current batch of PR's is processed, and rename the namespace for tests to Tests\chobie\Jira.
